Let’s Make it Official
From there, we’ll schedule your session and begin building a therapy process that’s tailored for you.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space devoted entirely to you, your story, your needs, your growth. It’s where we can untangle what feels overwhelming and create a path toward clarity and confidence.
-
Our work combines root-focused therapy with evidence-based approaches like EMDR to uncover and shift the limiting beliefs and patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Together we’ll make sense of how past experiences shape your present, while building new ways of relating to yourself that feel authentic, grounded, and sustainable.
-
Psychodynamic therapy and EMDR are deep approaches that take time to create lasting change. I recommend giving yourself at least a year of therapy to allow for meaningful transformation. Sessions weave together talk therapy, relational insight, and EMDR reprocessing so that you leave with more than just coping skills, you leave with new ways of experiencing yourself.
-
$180 per 60-minute session
$270 per 90-minute session (recommended for EMDR)
$360 per 120-minute session (recommended for intensive EMDR work)
Insurance may reimburse for individual therapy with an out-of-network provider, depending on your plan. Superbills can be provided upon request.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is a place to reconnect, strengthen communication, and resolve long-standing patterns that create distance or conflict. Whether you’re navigating a crisis or simply want a healthier relationship, our sessions will provide you with a structured and supportive space to grow together.
-
I draw from Gottman Couples Therapy and incorporate the Prepare/Enrich couples assessment to give you a clear picture of your relationship dynamics. My role is to create an open, unbiased space where both partners feel supported. This is not about pushing you toward staying together or separating, but about helping you explore what is best for your relationship and how to move forward with clarity.
-
Every couple comes in with different goals and needs, and the length of therapy depends on the nature of the issues we are working on together. Some couples come to therapy to address a specific concern, while others want deeper, longer-term support. My approach is collaborative, structured, and paced to fit the unique needs of your relationship.
-
$195 per 60-minute session
$292 per 90-minute session
$390 per 120-minute session
Most insurance plans do not cover or reimburse for couples therapy.
Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a supportive environment for families to better understand each other, reduce conflict, and strengthen connection. It’s a space where each voice can be heard and healing can begin.
-
Our work looks at the dynamics that shape your family system, including generational patterns and relational roles. The goal is to reduce conflict, increase understanding, and create space for more supportive, balanced relationships at home. Sessions are collaborative and focused on what your family needs most, whether that is navigating conflict, adjusting to change, or improving day-to-day connection.
-
Every family is different, and the length of therapy depends on the challenges you bring in. Some families find shorter-term support helpful for navigating a transition, while others benefit from ongoing work to shift longer-standing patterns. Together, we will create a process that is structured yet flexible, meeting your family where you are.

Insurance coverage for family therapy varies and is often only available when tied to an individual diagnosis. Please check with your provider for details.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
-Carl Jung
This reminds us that unseen patterns often shape our lives without us realizing it. The more we bring those into awareness, the more freedom we gain to choose differently. And as with any real transformation, nothing changes if nothing changes.
FAQs
-
I don’t contract with insurance providers. This allows me to offer therapy that’s more personalized, flexible, and comprehensive. Many clients use their HSA or FSA cards, and I can provide superbills for out-of-network coverage if your plan allows. Superbills allow you to be reimbursed directly by your insurance for your therapy expenses.
-
Yes, I do for clients that cannot afford the full fee. I have limited slots on my caseload for sliding scale clients. For this reason, I can always put you on a waitlist.
-
Yes. I offer therapy online throughout California as well as in-person sessions in Point Loma, San Diego.
-
EMDR (Eye-Movement-Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy modality that allows the brain to reprocess any negative beliefs or experiences to achieve a state of neutrality and to integrate adaptive truth in it’s place. It is the leading treatment recommended for PTSD, but is useful for far more than simply treating PTSD, but limiting beliefs of any kind.
-
Every person is different, but meaningful, lasting change takes time. While short-term work can bring relief, I encourage clients to view therapy as a year-long commitment to allow for real depth and transformation.
-
The best way is to schedule a free consultation call. Therapy is deeply personal, and it’s important that you feel comfortable with me. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll point you toward other trusted referrals.
