I set out to create my private practice with the intention of offering a boutique experience, one where clients feel genuinely cared for and never rushed or limited by outside constraints.
Therapy with me is structured enough to bring clarity and direction, yet flexible enough to adapt to the realities of each client’s life. Together we trace the roots of long-standing patterns, uncover the themes that shape daily struggles, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, and an EMDRIA Consultant in Training with a passion for helping people understand the deeper roots of their struggles. My goal is to create a space where therapy feels personal, thoughtful, and deeply supportive, allowing greater clarity, self-understanding, and lasting change to unfold.
I earned my bachelor's degree with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and went on to complete my master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel University, a COAMFTE-accredited program, graduating summa cum laude. My early clinical work was rooted in the nonprofit sector, where I provided therapy to individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. During this time, I built a strong foundation in treating low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma, including complex PTSD and the lasting impact of childhood emotional neglect and attachment wounds. This work continues to shape the heart of my practice today.
Over time, I've pursued advanced training in EMDR, complex developmental trauma, somatic and polyvagal approaches, and Gottman couples therapy. I am also currently completing Somatic Experiencing® training, a multi-year program that deepens my understanding of nervous system regulation, resilience, and the body's role in trauma recovery. These approaches allow me to bring both structure and flexibility to the therapy process, helping clients better understand themselves while creating meaningful, sustainable change.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and collaborative. I strive to balance depth with practicality, creating a space that feels both supportive and authentic. I care deeply about providing high-quality care and remain committed to ongoing learning so that each session reflects both clinical excellence and genuine human connection.

Where I Find Balance
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time in the San Diego sun with family and friends, staying active, and finding outlets that bring joy and balance. At the end of the day, you’ll usually find me winding down with a cup of ginger tea, enjoying music or tinkering with something creative, supported by a spiritual life that keeps me grounded.
